Health Benefits
An endless list of things to do constantly looming over you is often the source of stress in life. Getting organized feels like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. You’ll sleep better knowing you’ve accomplished what you needed to complete. You’ll be more productive at work and have the energy to focus on things you enjoy.
Having organized spaces gives you a sigh of relief by helping find your perfect outfit or creating a weekly meal plan. Small changes and subsequent improvements in organization can lead to positive effects in other areas of your life. Let us show you how.

Don’t Forget Yourself
Often times we’re so busy worrying about our children, families and pets that we forget about taking care of ourselves. Remember that you can’t take care of anyone if you’re not well yourself so let us help you clear away the piles of never-ending projects so you can feel relaxed and happy.
What are other health benefits besides mental clarity?
Uncluttered Spaces can:
Prevent pests, reduce dust, reduce mold and mildew which may trigger asthma and allergies
It’s easier to prepare healthy meals in an orderly kitchen
Most people sleep better in a neat room with a well-made bed
Can Uncluttered Spaces help with anxiety and depression?
Yes! Research at the University of California reveals that clutter produces high levels of the stress hormone Cortisol and in turn causes anxiety and depression.
“My father passed away after a lengthy illness and my sister and I spent months going through his personal belongings. After we were down to items that held no attachment and furnishings and more household items that we didn’t want, we lost all motivation to finish cleaning out the house to prepare for sale. This dynamic duo came in and thoughtfully went through the house and gave us ideas and suggestions. I immediately felt completely comfortable that they would do what we needed. After they worked hard for three days, my Dad’s home was empty, clean and ready to sell. Cabinets were wiped out, bathrooms were clean, and floors were vacuumed. All furnishings and household items were taken care of either by donation or discard, as agreed. This was a HUGE weight off of our shoulders, at a time when we were emotionally vulnerable and exhausted. We were so, so thankful. I would recommend (and have) them without reservation! Thanks again Tina and Nancy!”
